I am Magdalena Miedl, born. Kagerer, the founder of Talent Sourcing. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. I am Swiss with German roots and live and work in both Munich and Zurich.
For many years I worked full-time in HR consulting and recruiting, focusing on executive search, headhunting and direct sourcing. At some point, the question came to me why companies pay considerable amounts of money for flat-rate recruiters when they could instead rely on active sourcing and modern recruiting solutions. This is exactly where my service comes in.
We fill specialist and management roles with the right people and develop recruitment concepts for measurable and sustainable success. Our goal is excellence: in the work we do with our clients and candidates, in the way we apply expertise, and in the way we interact with each other. To be and remain excellent, we constantly challenge ourselves.
